Tin Fish Night

Tin Fish Night is a playful nod to the coastal cultures of the Iberian Peninsula, where some of the world’s best seafood is preserved in beautifully crafted tins. From Spain to Portugal, tinned fish is not just a pantry staple. It is a celebration of the sea, of tradition, and of gathering around the table with good food and good company.
 
For this evening, Chef Reid will lean into those flavors and traditions with a menu inspired by the Iberian coast, paired with wines and beverages that complement the briny, savory character of the dishes. The spirit of the night is meant to feel relaxed, social, and a little groovy.
